Mirabai and Melita
In 1997, Bedford Falls Alpacas, one of the first alpaca farms in North Carolina, was created by Nancy and Doug Rondeau. We are a working farm in the Western mountains of North Carolina close to the Georgia and Tennessee borders. We raise genetic quality huacaya alpacas that are very socialized. Known for our superior alpacas, we offer boarding, breeding, and two champion herdsires. All of our alpacas are show quality and are ARI registered.

And now we are pleased to announce the birth of two crias, Mirabai and Melita, who were born on September 28, 2012 to Isabel and Elah. Mamas and babies are thriving!

In addition to raising our own alpacas, we are also have facilities and pastures ready for you if you would like to board your alpacas. Both long-term and short-term boarding options are available. Check out our Boarding Facilities Page to see what we can offer your alpacas.

We are located about two hours from Atlanta, Asheville, Chattanooga, and Knoxville. Call Pam Craig, the farm's Manager, to arrange boarding or other services. You will love the mountains, you will love the farm, and you will love our wonderful alpacas!

Take a tour of our website to get to know us a bit more and to learn more about our wonderful life at Bedford Falls Alpaca Farm.
